Yep, Glenda is correct!
I'll add that AAPC and AHIMA differ in what they consider to be a CEU. AHIMA has preapproved CEUs, but they do not require that your CEUs be preapproved. Instead, they have a list of what types of things qualify. It's up to you to determine if the education you participate in qualifies.
AAPC preapproves CEUs and only accepts preapproved CEUs. However, they will accept CEUs that AHIMA itself issues for their own presentations. They will also accept CEUs issued by CMS and AHA. (They will not accept a CEU issued by Joe Schmoe, who got his presentation approved for AHIMA CEUs. It has to be issued by AHIMA itself for an AHIMA presentation.)
You can thus double-dip. You can also take advantage of the AAPC's willingness to preapprove CEUs for workplace in-services at no charge. If you do not charge anyone to attend, they will preapprove your presentation. You just need to fill out their request form and submit it. They'll give you a number for it if they think the content is ok. If you get together with a group of coders, you can generate your own CEUs.
