Students, the school office will be effectively closed on Fridays throughout February and March as I work on updates to our coding course. You will still be able to reach me by phone between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central on Monday through Thursday, barring Monday February 19th for Presidents' Day. Your questions to and from instructors on Fridays will still be sent on that day, but I will not be personally answering other emails until the following Monday. Payments will still be processed on Fridays, but if you have a new card to call in, please do so Monday through Thursday instead.
Additionally, we will not be handling deadlines normally during February. If you complete your current module during February, you will be given access to the next module and its first deadline as usual. Otherwise, deadlines that fall within February will automatically have the *next* set of assignments and deadline added on to the current deadline early next week and new deadlines will not otherwise be assigned until March. This doesn't change your extensions in any way, we're just "pre-assigning" the next deadline, so to speak.

The school office will continue to be effectively closed on Fridays through April as well. The office will be fully closed on April 19th, with no emails forwarded or payments processed that day. The other three Fridays in April will still have emails to and from instructors being sent and payments run as normal, but I will not be available by phone or email otherwise on those days.
The school will be completely closed for the entire week of April 29th through May 3rd for spring break. Bonus time will be added to deadlines to account for the office being closed once we are closer to those dates, just as we normally do with fall and winter break.
