Please do not waste time memorizing medical terms. That is a surefire way to bring all learning to a halt. Other courses require that of their students, and their students aren't as skilled as ours when they finish.
Read the terminology section well enough to understand what they are talking about. Know where to find it when you need it. Then, get on with USING those terms in your actual practice assignments.
Eventually you will automatically memorize some of those terms just from using them so much. Don't memorize for the sake of memorizing or because people in other courses have to do that. Yes, they are doing lots of memorizing. Often 'memorization' is used as a filler or 'fluff' because there is very little solid course content. They have the students spend lots and lots of time memorizing things, so they don't realize they haven't really learned much about how to use those terms for the job they are training for. Then, when they go on to the next section, they forget all that they memorized last section anyway, so it's a colossal waste of time overall.
You, on the other hand, will have a greater understanding of the material because you spent more time learning and less time memorizing. You will be actually USING those terms and will retain their meaning because you are using them in context, over and over again, just as you would do it if you were on the job.
