Some of you have told me that you are 'afraid' to post about Andrews on social media sites, Facebook groups, blogs, MTStars Coding Section in particular since it's anonymous, etc., because non-Andrews people may attack or say something negative. You're afraid that might hurt the school or me personally.
DO NOT WORRY.
In fact, it has the opposite effect. Every single time we are attacked, we end up enrolling some really nice new students in response. It's because the Andrews students and graduates seem to talk about facts. Their (Your) messages are professional, polite, encouraging (when appropriate), honest, sincere, and helpful. The attackers use unprofessional insults, name-calling, and innuendo. That drives people away from their message. They start thinking that maybe there is something to the Andrews success stories after all.
For example, one person keeps talking about us being a 'paid advertiser' on MTStars, which we aren't and haven't been for years. I know, because I'm the one who writes the checks, and I haven't written any except to Facebook. I never EVER post there because I think it's inappropriate for me to do so, or I would politely correct that error. Nobody has seen any Andrews ads on MTStars for a very long time, so that's just someone who hates us for whatever reason. Whenever anyone does anything successfully, someone will hate them for it. That's just the way things work. The results are, more really great students for Andrews. I love it! (the results, not the hating part) :)
