GRAND OPENING - RESUME SERVICE - Resumes4coders.com
I am proud to announce a new resume service which officially opens today. Resumes4coders.com.
I hope you will join me in wishing Greg and Michelle many years of success helping people find jobs, One Resume at a Time.
Resumes4coders.com is now officially open. Greg and Michelle Peters are uniquely qualified. They have the knowledge and skills to help you spotlight the best you have to offer to an employer, whether it is your credentials, your education, or your work experience. Please see their web site for more information. Contact Michelle@resumes4coders.com if you have any questions.
They specialize in medical resumes, specifically resumes for medical coders, but they can tackle resumes for all industries as well.
Over the years that we’ve worked together we have seen way too many resumes that didn’t represent their owner well. We’ve tried to help ‘fix’ resumes that missed the mark, but most just really needed to be put together from scratch. That’s why I’m so happy to announce the availability of this new service to the public.
Studies show that employers spend an average of 6 to 8 seconds on each resume. If they don’t see what they want, the resume is discarded. If they do see what they need to see, your chances of being called in for an interview are greatly increased. Greg and Michelle can help make that happen for you.
Many of you have already started the process, even before the web site was up and running. I guess that makes you 'charter' members of Resumes4coders.
I hate to admit it, since I've always been good at making changes in resumes that make them more marketable, but...Michelle and Greg are better at it than I am. I had to think about it for about a minute before I decided I was okay with that. :) As you can tell, I'm excited about their work and proud to have them as friends.
A discount is available at signup for forum members and, of course, Andrews students and graduates.

For those who want a resume prepared 'from scratch' though, I highly recommend resumes4coders.com.
I sent my resume(s) in to them day before yesterday. I'm not very good at preparing resumes and wanted something more professional that what I would be able to cobble together. Also, I have extensive work experience and knew they would be better at gleaning pertinent details from that info that I could ever be. Thanks again for getting this set up for us, Linda!!
That puts you ahead of the crowd, Kell. Excellent! Actually, even before the announcement, they have been getting a steady stream of resumes. That's why she wanted me to wait until this morning to announce, so they wouldn't get overwhelmed the first 'official' week. I think it would be fun to overwhelm them though. <Grin> I'm just that kind of person.
I checked with her this morning and yes, they do provide a cover letter with the resume. Nice touch!
The cover letter is a nice touch, indeed!! Not the best at those, either, although better with the letter than the resume :D
How much do they charge?
Thanks for putting the question out there. I would like to know, too.
DG
$100 for general public
$75 for forum members (members of Jobs For American Medical Coders, Medical Coding Forum and Medical Billing Forum)
$50 for Andrews students and graduates.
The price includes resume and cover letter.
Thanks, Linda!
Wow, this is awesome!! I wish Greg and Michelle the best of success! Thanks, Linda, for the information!
I used them for a resume and they were very responsive and had a quick turn around time. I was pleased with the results and hope to be sending them out soon.
Thank you so much, Carol! It was a pleasure working with you, and we look forward to hearing about the success of your job search. Please be sure to keep us updated!
Blessings,
Michelle & Greg Peters

How accurate are these figures now?
The prices have not changed! You'll find them repeated on their website, too:

I have tried twice today to start my resume process on here and it keeps freezing up after I hit submit. I sent an email and will keep everyone posted! Diane
There was a computer glitch. They were down for a day or two and so were we. We use the same people for the part of our web site that does our pre-enrollment exams. I think Steve has it working now for both though.
Congratulations Greg and Michelle! When the time comes, I will definitely be utilizing your services!
Thanks!
I will be grateful to utilize Michelle and Greg's service when the time comes. Thank you for offering this much needed service!
I just heard about this website over the weekend. And I am hoping that they are still inda business! I am only in module 2, but I am so looking forward to all this course has to offer & I know all will be worth it. Thank you !!!
